The product bandwidth ranges from 200MHz to 1GHz. It flexibly adapts to various testing scenarios including high frequency, high voltage and strong radiation interference.
It can capture subtle signal fluctuations and restore authentic test data, whether for routine testing of ordinary industrial power supplies or precise dynamic parameter testing of GaN and SiC 3rd-generation semiconductor devices.
The upgraded test voltage range spans 0.01V to 20kV, achieving full-range coverage from millivolt-level low voltage to ten-kilovolt high voltage. No additional test equipment replacement is required, greatly simplifying testing procedures and improving efficiency and convenience.
2. Zero Temperature Drift & Calibration-Free, Breaking Industry Application Bottlenecks
Equipped with the world-leading exclusive Hybrid Optical Modulation Technology (HOMT), the probe real-time monitors core operating status including temperature variation, signal characteristics and optical fiber jitter. Dedicated software algorithms dynamically modulate the internal laser in real time, realizing genuine zero temperature drift and calibration-free operation.
No preheating is needed; the probe is ready for use right after power-on with no manual calibration required throughout operation.
